Funding at a glance
The focus for inland waterway transport (IWT) funding in Croatia as a EU Candidate Country lies on infrastructure investments which are supported by the EU's pre-accession financial instruments. As for River Information Services (CroRIS), some services are already in operation.
A de minimis supporting programme for the IWT policy areas fleet modernisation, human resources development and promotion was adopted by the Ministry of the Sea, Transport and Infrastructure.
